Terms and Conditions w/ Memberships, Program                       plan and Automatic Payments


  • All memberships are on-going memberships, meaning that we do not cancel at any time until given the permission to cancel.

  • All automatic payments are scheduled to come out on the 1st or 15th of every month, until written consent to cancel has been given. All written cancellations must be sent to simplyfitlipolight@gmail.com 

  • Memberships have no roll overs and are valid for a minimum of 3 months, after the 3 month period, you may cancel at any time.

  • 30 Day Cancellation Policy: For all automatic payments you must cancel your membership 30 days before your next scheduled payment.

  • It is your responsibility to notify SimplyFIT Lipolight if any changes in address, credit card number, or name on the card has changed during your active membership.

  • Any DECLINED transactions will be run again and charged a $20 transaction fee.

  • All memberships and pre- paid packages may not be transferred from one client to another or transferred for a different service.

  • All pre-paid packages under Program Plan must be used within 6 months otherwise it will expire and no longer valid after 6 months and not refundable.
